Turkey declared the day of Saturday as national day of mourning over the death of Saudi Arabia’s King Abdullah.
“As a sign of mourning, all flags would be lowered to half-staff across the country and in all of our foreign diplomatic representations on the day,” the Turkish Prime Ministry Press Center said Friday, reported Xinhua.
On Friday, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan delayed a planned trip to Somalia to attend the funeral of King Abdullah.
