A property developer accused of harassment has made his first appearance at Teesside Crown Court.
Peter Francis Hall, 36, faces two charges of causing fear of violence by harassment.
He is accused of a “course of conduct” between September 30 last year and February 8 this year.
It is alleged that he caused a man and a woman to fear violence by causing damage to two properties and making numerous threats to cause serious harm to them and their family members.
Hall, formerly of Ormesby Bank, Ormesby, Middlesbrough, now of Union Street, Seaham, County Durham has not yet entered pleas to the charges.
After a short preliminary hearing yesterday, Judge Peter Bowers bailed him until a plea hearing on May 18.
