Police would like to speak to this man in connection with an attack on two women.
A 25-year-old woman and a man were making their way along Zetland Road in central Middlesbrough, when he punched the female.
This caused her to fall to the floor and lose consciousness at about 3.40am on Sunday, November 23.
A second woman, aged 35, then challenged the man before he punched her to the face a number of times.
The man then made off in the direction of Last Orders pub.
The 35-year-old woman was left with broken bones in her hand and broken ribs.
The 25-year-old woman, although knocked unconscious for a short time, did not suffer any visible injuries.
Police would like to speak to this man
The man police want to speak to is described as white, with short, brown hair, of medium build and approximately aged in his twenties.
He was wearing a black hooded jacket, which was possibly leather.
“Officers would like to speak to the man in the pictures as it is believed that he may be able to assist with their inquiries,” said a spokeswoman for the force.
Police have previously arrested a man in connection with the incident.
However he was eliminated from inquiries and was therefore released without charge.
