What’s your favourite Flamingo Land memory?

Most Teessiders have at some point taken a trip to the popular North Yorkshire theme park.

From riding on The Bullet which closed in 2005 to the classic Dead Man’s Drop vertical slide which is still open today, there have been many thrills and spills over the years.

And there are still memories to be made, with the theme park and zoo near Malton - which is just over an hour’s drive from Teesside - open this half term.

The zoo will open between 10am and 4pm allowing visitors to enjoy over 140 species of reptiles, mammals and birds.

You can also catch up with the progress of Kuasa, Bulan and Mentari the Sumatran tiger cubs.

Rides wise, Dino-Stone Park will be open at half term including Twistosaurus, Cyclosaur and Pterodactyl.
