The final line up for The Vault’s stage at multi-venue music festival Stockton Calling has been revealed.
Sets from Dodgy lead singer Nigel R Clark, The British IBM and The White Negroes will play at the venue on Saturday April 4.
Clark, best known for 90s pop rock band Dodgy’s chart hits Staying Out for the Summer, If You’re Thinking of Me and Good Enough will perform an acoustic set in Stockton’s hidden bar venue.
Hailing from Cambridge The British IBM were formed by retro enthusiast and singer-songwriter Adrian Killens who combines the nerdy delights of indie rock and vintage computing to influence the band’s set list.
John and the Ragmen will be delivering a healthy dose of sugar-coated indie and a rare solo performance from Matty Chipchase sees the lead singer of Teesside favourites Young Rebel Set join the line up under his stage name Billy The Kid.
Joe Solo, Violet Deep and Teesside duo Cherry Head, Cherry Heart will also perform.
Stockton Calling also marks the return of Hartlepool’s The White Negroes. The band celebrate their 25th anniversary this year and are celebrating the occasion with a string of local gigs including their slot at The Vault.
