Yarm is one of the oldest communities in the Teesside area tracing its history back to Anglo Saxon and Viking times.
At its centre is Yarm Town Hall - which has this week grace the pages of the Gazette as part of a new proposal to remove cobbles was revealed.
That prompted us to look back in the archives for pictures of the building from over the last century.
