How long have you been at the pub? We opened the bar on July 4 and HAZE nightclub on August bank holiday.
What’s you recent history as a landlord? I owned and managed the Linthorpe Assembly rooms from 1989 to 2005.
Tell us three of your best selling drinks: Vodka, Desperados and cocktails.
Tell us why you think your pub is one of the best on Teesside: We spent considerable funds to refurbish one of the best listed buildings to a very high standard. It is now a quality venue and has already become a destination venue.
What’s your most popular meal? We are due to open our bistro early in the new year from which you will able to order quality food at reasonable prices throughout the day and early evening.
What is your most popular night and why? Our Saturday feature called GORILLA has quickly become popular. People also should not miss out on our Friday RnB nights which are probably the best Friday night in town.
