Four men appear in court charged with conspiring to supply cocaine


Four men have appeared at Teesside Crown Court accused of conspiring to supply cocaine.


Craig and William Moloney, Andrew John Pickering and Jason Stuart Singleton were in court via video link to Holme House Prison.


They are charged with conspiring to supply the Class A drug cocaine last month.


Singleton alone is also charged with possessing a Class B drug, amphetamine, with intent to supply on October 29.


They appeared before Judge Simon Bourne-Arton QC, the Recorder of Middlesbrough, yesterday.


None have entered pleas to the charges.


The case was adjourned until a plea and case management hearing on February 5 next year.


Pickering, 44, of Nunthorpe Gardens, Nunthorpe; Craig Moloney, 30, and William Moloney, 51, both of Cromer Street, Longlands; and Singleton, 39, of Maun Close, Retford, Nottinghamshire, were all remanded in custody.
