How would you sum your school up? Every day is full of exciting and purposeful learning at Overfields Primary School. We pride ourselves on providing a curriculum which supports every child to reach their potential and our pupils enjoying coming to school and rising to the challenge!


Tell us something we didn’t know about your school? We have a very successful Speech and Language Unit which supports children from Redcar & Cleveland and Middlesbrough schools. Pupils integrate and contribute fully to life at Overfields Primary.


What is your school motto/ethos? Dream, Believe, Achieve. Linked to the Olympic 21st Century legacy of ‘Be The Best You Can Be’


What has been your pupil’s biggest achievement in the past year? Our Year 6 pupils in 2013 achieved 100% level 4 in reading, writing and maths and made exceptional progress. We were very proud of them and their commitment to learning.


What after school clubs do you run? Share a Story, Maths is Fun, Music & Drama, a football team, Change 4 Life Sports, Booster classes.
